What are the shipping costs for the artwork?
Shipping costs are on us, no matter where they’re going.
I live in Mexico. Will the artwork arrive at my home?
Yes, we ship artwork worldwide. No matter where you live, you can purchase a piece by Jose D’ Vives, and it will be delivered to your home. When you place the order and the package or box is ready, you’ll receive a tracking code.
Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, and it will arrive with the artwork. Additionally, it’s a certificate with a registered code that can be verified from anywhere in the world.
How can I pay for an artwork by Jose?
You have several payment options:
1- PayPal
2- Bank Transfer
3- Google Pay
4- Apple Pay
Simply add the pieces you want to your cart and follow the checkout process with your preferred payment method. If you still have any issues, contact us via chat or at help@josedvives.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
How can I view available artworks?
Through the menu, you can navigate the different collections. You can FILTER and SORT the works by AVAILABILITY (In Stock or Sold), PRICE (High to Low), ALPHABETICALLY, and by DATE from oldest to newest.
Does Jose take on commissioned works?
Yes. For commissioned work please write to us at help@josedvives.com with the idea and motivation so we can talk.
How often is new artwork added to the website?
Jose’s latest works are available immediately. When he completes a series of paintings, they are uploaded to the website and can be purchased right away. We recommend staying tuned, as you may discover new pieces approximately every week.
Can I buy prints of Jose’s artworks?
No. The pieces you see on the website are UNIQUE WORKS. Only one exists in the world, and reproduction rights belong to the artist. If you find prints of Jose’s works on other platforms, they are unauthorized and illegal, as they are neither authorized nor original.
I’m interested in a piece on the website, but it’s already sold. What can I do?
Someone has beaten you to it. Jose’s works are sold exclusively through the online gallery or after a conversation with the team, meaning someone from the other side of the world may be buying the piece you like right now. The work will belong to the person who purchases it first.
We are working to soon launch a section for reselling Jose’s works. If you own one of his pieces and are interested in reselling it, please contact us at help@josedvives.com.
I bought a work by Jose years ago but don’t have a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY.
You’re in luck. Since Jose D’ Vives is still a living artist, we can help you. Send us a photo of the work to confirm it’s an original, and we’ll guide you through the process to obtain your certificate. Write to us at help@josedvives.com.
